I need help to figure out what is causing this, the installation was done a few months back and it has been working well up until now, no changes have been done with the exception of adding additional options to the dropdown selection of "help topics".

This is installed on a shared server.
We have filters to only open from a single domain, we tried disabling it and still no luck.
It is not producing an error log under "system logs".

    A fatal error should be logged somewhere. You'll need to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

      Thank you for the pointer, i will be looking into that to see what other logs i can find.

      Are you sure that something wasn't upgraded on the webserver? (like PHP version)

      I have the same. Cant seem to pin it to anything special now. I can see I run a unsupported webserver LiteSpeed but cant see
