I would like to have ticket number progressive way...i can select only random. I remember it's was this features..

Simply set the Default Ticket Number Sequence setting to the General Tickets sequence or create a new Sequence (Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Default Ticket Number Sequence > Manage).

Anyways, click the dropdown and you should see 3 options Random, General Tickets, and General Tasks. Select the General Tickets option. You may need to translate the options in the dropdown to find the correct one.

Then you probably have a fatal error somewhere. Please check all your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

The top warnings about ::uninstall() are fine (although you really need to update your plugins). The main concern here is mobile-navigation.tmpl.php file. This does not exist in the core code which means you have customizations applied and is likely contributing to your main issue. Please remove ALL mods and retest. You can even make a fresh install with no mods to see if you see the same issue there.

it's a dedicated server with ubuntu 20 and plesk installed. php 8 and maria db
I have v1.16.3 + PHP 8.0.x + MySQL 8.0.x + Apache and cannot replicate this issue. Mine has the defaults and it allows me to add as many as I want.
