Hello, after installing OSTicket, I added the German language package. Unfortunatelly many words, e.g. "Full Name" are not translated to German, but remain English. I thought maybe they were missing, but now they are not: I managed to dephar the file, and all the translations are there, but not used...
This makes a ridiculous impression to potential new customers! What can I do to fix this?!
