1.17-rc3 HTML email instead Mime format

Good day,
We have a problem with the email sent from osTicket v1.17-rc3 (also with rc1).
We use HMAIL like email server but when we receive the message in Outlokk 365, it comes with the following warning:
This is a message in Mime Format. If you see this, your mail reader does not support this format.

What can we do to fix it?
Is there any feature to switch from Mime format to HTML format?

I am in no means an email expert but here is my understanding.
MIME stands multipurpose internet mail extension. It's encoding that allows email to do things that it was not originally designed to do. Picture it like a bucket that you can put things in such as pictures, additional character sets, HTML, attachments, etc. HTML emails are done as attachments. It's my understanding that all emails are MIME emails.

I did a little googling and came across this:

It looks like your hMail server does support MIME.
