Good day,
We have a problem with the email sent from osTicket v1.17-rc3 (also with rc1).
We use HMAIL like email server but when we receive the message in Outlokk 365, it comes with the following warning:
This is a message in Mime Format. If you see this, your mail reader does not support this format.
What can we do to fix it?
Is there any feature to switch from Mime format to HTML format?
