IP Blocking

Hi,

My IP blocked by Linux firewall

While I am was changing the osticket settings :

csf.deny: x.x.223.90 # lfd: (mod_security) mod_security triggered by x.x.223.90 : 5 in the last 300 secs - Wed Jul 31 10 2013

My host is not VPS therefore I could not change any security setting,

Is there any thing I can do ?

You should probably talk to your web host and tell them what your seeing.
