Osticket setup page doesn't load up css files?

I've installed Osticket 1.15.8 on Ubuntu 18.04 following the steps from this page:

when I open http://ip_address, Firefox browser delivers this image

On the other hand, chrome browser delivers this result.

I used php 7.2 and MariaDB as database_

Your webserver is not running PHP scripts. You need to try and reinstall PHP or lookup documentation on how to run PHP on whatever webserver you are using (I’m assuming Apache).

KevinTheJedi thanks, u are right, I followed this post ( https://forum.osticket.com/d/99574-resolved-no-installer-web-page/5) and the problem is solved

"Thanks a lot for pointing me in the right direction, I was missing package: libapache2-mod-php7.4.
After it was installed everything worked like a charm!"
