I dont know why I can't configure smtp on osticket.
I already talk with zoho assistance and tell me in your part everything work fine.

The error is

Failed to connect to smtppro.zoho.eu:465 [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: -1, response: )]

how can i fix it?

    As far as we can see it won't connect to the server. Check your firewalls, ports, etc. Also, confirm that you can telnet to smtppro.zoho.eu on port 465.

    i do same configuration on thunderbird...and i haven't problem!

      Yes. As far as osTicket is concerned it just cannot connect to the mailserver for whatever reason.

      I publish my solution i have activate 2fca that's why not work. need to disable.
