I am having issues trying to add an agent. I am trying to set a password but the pop up where you would input a password is blank, so I cant see or type anything.
I just installed osTicket server with cloud hosting running Debian OS. I followed a guide on how to set up osTicket on Debian, and everything looks to be up and running. I was able to create the initial user to log in and manage the ticket system on my domain. The first thing I tried to do after logging into osTicket on my domain was to add a new user agent. I go to the agents tab and click to add new agent. I filled out the required fields but when I try and click on the "Set Password" button a blank popup appears. I cant see any information on the popup nor can I type anything. I also noticed the same thing happens when trying to do other things on the site if a popup tries to show, its just blank. The first thing I did was google, and see may results with many users experiencing the same thing, but either the thread was never resolved, or there was no good explanation of how to resolve the issue. I saw on one forum with a user having the same issue, they looked at their developer tools using f12 to see the errors they are getting with the popup. I tried doing the same thing and see "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()". From what I saw on the thread, this means nothing of use. It just means that something is supposed to happen, but it doesn't. From the forums I've seen, people keep saying its an AJAX issue, but I'm not sure if it is, nor what I would do to confirm this/fix it. Anyone know what to o to troubleshoot this issue, or know a resolve? Any help would be great, and thanks in advance
