PHP Setting Problem

Hi, recently I download osTicket v1.16.3. And installed it on server(Ubuntu 22.04.1). Right now, I am getting the following errors after installed it on server. Everything work properly one week ago, but this week, this page showing error like this:

I managed to resolve the error on PHP Extensions by install those Extensions on my server again. Right now, only issue regarding PHP Settings still remains:

I checked the php.ini file on my server under 'php/8.0'. I found two same file name 'php.ini', one is inside 'cli' folder another is inside 'apache2' folder. both 'php.ini' file showing like this regarding cgi.fix_pathinfo setting.

Could anyone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!

To resolve the cgi.fix_pathinfo warning you remove the semi-colon from the line in the INI file (eg. change ;cgi.fix_pathinfo=1 to cgi.fix_pathinfo=1), save the file, and and restart IIS for the change to take effect.

To fix the date.timezone warning you edit the INI file again and look for date.timezone setting. If it's not there add a new line somewhere and put date.timezone='America/Chicago' for example. If you do have the line then uncomment it (if not already done so) and set it to whatever timezone you want. After that save the file and restart IIS for the changes to take effect.

its my understanding that this is only important on IIS. you're running Apache and can ignore it.

date.time is also in the php.ini it looks like you just need to setup a timezone and restart Apache.

You’re fine on that. As ntozier mentioned this is really only for IIS. Since you are using Apache you don’t need to configure this.
