Hoping you can assist. Users are trying to upload multiple files on a Knowledge Base article, however the maximum number appears to be 20.
I increased the limit in PHP, as well as Settings / Tickets / Attachments, however still hasn't fixed the issues. Are we able to increase this limit?

    Users or Agents? Users cannot edit FAQs so unsure what you mean unless you are talking about Agents?

    This is determined by your PHP and IIS settings. Please review the posts on this forum as other people have ran into something similar. You can always review PHP and IIS documentation to see what settings control this behavior. Once you make the changes you need to restart IIS (and PHP-fpm if you’re running it) in order for the changes to take effect.

      OK thank you - clearly not an OSTicket setting then. I shall review IIS , as PHP was checked already🙂
