When we try to change the ticket message; i.e when we change the first letter of the ticket message,
the page was locked
In the console, i got /scp/ajax.php/lock/ticket/94845 403 forbidden

      You need to upgrade. This was fixed in v1.15.8 and v1.16.3. This is why it's good to stay on top of updates 😉
