Maybe someone can help me..
Is it possible to store a predefined value in a field and to be able to change it manually if necessary?
The field for the time should be 15 Minutes (or more if the agent want - than he must change it manuelly).
But now we must fill this field manuell 100 times a day with "15"..

Did someone have an idear for it?

    On some fields you can set a default value. Go to Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > click Ticket Details Form > click Config next to the field in question > set a Default Value (if available). If you cannot set a default value for the field then there is no way to do so.

    yes, I know this config, unfortunately there is nothing for my field "time".
