Last night, osTicket suddenly stopped fetching emails from our MS365 Exchange Online server. SMTP still works. Log is showing login errors, and when I tried to verify the log in settings, it is giving me a login error. The cron job to fetch emails is working. I am able to log in to the subject email account on outlook.com. We are logging into outlook.office365.com using IMAP+SSL on Port 993. I have verified that this is not a general email problem as we have other application accounts that are working. I upgraded to 1.15.8 this morning and that didn't change anything?

    Better late than never, my MS 365 Exchange Online tenant finally gave me a Service Help notice that IMAP4 Basic Authorization was disabled right at the time this stopped working. They disabled it for 48 hours, then are re-enabling it until they turn it off for good on October 1, 2022. That appears to be the "hard" deadline for getting modern authentication working.
