That's not exactly what I'm referring to.
That's the information that gets gathered from the ticket form. I want to edit the parts such as 'Source', 'Department', 'SLA Plan', 'Last Message', etc.
I already have a custom form that I've created, which currently falls below this section. I wanted to see if I can replace, let's say 'SLA Plan', with a data entry from my custom form. I'm currently doing this through the ticket-view.inc.php file, but I was curious if there was a way through the GUI.
