Is it possible to move the 'Custom Forms' field to just believe the 'Help Topic' for the 'Open a New Ticket' screen that the end user uses?

You can visit each Help Topic (Admin Panel > Mange > Help Topics > click a Help Topic), go to the Forms tab, and arrange the custom form above the Ticket Details Form.

    Cheers.

In the screenshot below the 'Help Topic' is at the top of the screen. Is there a way to move the custom form (Applications) at the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen? Perhaps by editing one of the PHP files?

You can move items up, but Help Topic will always be before it.
Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket details
Click on the up/down arrows and drag the Applications up. (my example uses "Time Spent"

Thank you. That seems to work in a sense. The issue I have is that the custom forms I have displays a custom list based upon the help topic that is selected. For example the screen shot below shows that if 'Hardware' is selected then a custom list of 'Hardware' choices will be available down below to select.

That is it Kevin! Thank you so much. I didn't realize I could move those.
