Hi everybody,
Does anyone have piping working successfully on CPanel / WHM? If so, did you have to edit your exim config in the exim config editor in WHM to get it working? If so, what did you put? I tried what was listed here under the exim changes https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Email%20Piping.html but WHM does not allow this type of change to be made in the config editor.
The user is getting a bounce back with the following errors. The email is successfully processed with OS Ticket though.
