I created new department
And so created tickets queues for this department and agents.
But when I assign tickets for agents of this department, there is no tickets in queues.

Because the criteria is AND statements and a ticket cannot have 2 departments set. You need to remove one of the Department criterias and retest.

But this is inherited criterias, I can't change it. Or is there a way?
