I'm trying to make the team more aware of new internal notes added to tickets. At this time, I only seem to be able to send a notification e-mail whenever a new note has been added. However, it would be very nice if the 'updated' column also gets updated on addition of a note.
There is a "Last response" and "last message" column, but a "last update" column imo would be useful if it gets updated whenever something inside the ticket gets updated or added, regardless of a response or new staff reply.
Is there a way to achieve this?
