We have one ticket that we're having trouble with. Some of the buttons are missing in the UI, and what is there doesn't work correctly (drop down is blank). See below:

Assuming there is something wrong with the ticket, I then tried to delete it, but I get an "unable to delete ticket" error. I am sure that my user is in a role that has ticket delete permissions.

This ticket was created automatically via email, not created using the UI, in case that matters. Also, we are on OSTicket 1.15

Any ideas on how to fix or delete this ticket?

    Try reviewing your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

    Nothing in the OSTicket logs, but it looks like the ticket is able to be closed. I think we'll just close it and leave it be. I don't really have the time to fight with it any more than I already have.
