Hi, I am pretty excited about the osTicket but I am really missing one of the functions.
When my superior Agent assigns a ticket to my Agent, the Agent gets a notification via email. But then, when my superior Agent changes the SLA afterward, my Agent does not receive any update. He has to go to the browser and actively look at what his due date is. That leads to errors and missing the updated due date.
Did anybody tackle this?
