I would like to know if it's possible to make a role to autorized the agent to create an answer that it need to be validated by an other agent (with another role) before sending email to the customer.

I say "role" but if it possible with other way, I'm interested also :-)

    Not at this time. The Agent could add an Internal Note and assign it to the reviewer. Then the reviewer can leave an Internal Note with their findings and re-assign it back to the Agent.
