Having Problem with a Fresh install to fetch my emails

Im using privateemail.com for my email provider, I have fetching turned on in my admin panel I have everything configured for the email right. I have it sending emails but just can't get them to fetch them. I do have my OsTicket on my ubuntu serve behind a nginx reverse proxy.

Since your running Ubuntu you can use telnet to make sure that you can reach the mail server.

This article talks about exchange but its basically the same for most mail servers
