Send attachments with Ticket Transfer Alerts

We are using the "Ticket Transfer Alert" template within osTicket and are wanting to send through any attachments that were attached to the original ticket. From what I can see in earlier builds this was done via "%{message.files}" or "%{ticket.thread.files}" but haven't had any success. Does anyone have any ideas?

Running version 1.16.1 on the AWS Marketplace version

I do not believe all templates have access to the same ticket variables.
I do not think that the Ticket Transfer alert template has access to the %{message.files} variable.
As technically transfers do not have files attached to them, tickets and tasks do this might be problematic.
