Hi, I'm just reporting what I believe to be a bug we've discovered using v. 1.15.3.1 of osTicket within the Opera browser (v. 88.0.4412.74) on an iMac (running OS X Sierra, 10.12.6.)
On any pre-existing ticket, where we have an unsaved new post we were previously entering, if we open it and attempt to edit the post by highlighting a portion of the text at the beginning, then backspacing over it, we find ourselves unable to type any further in the text entry field. We do not seem to even be able to refresh the page (attempting to do so just hangs the tab.)
The bug seems specific to the browser; a test with Opera (v. 88.0.4412.40) inside of Red Hat Linux (v. 8) yielded similar results. However, the bug does not appear when using Chrome or Firefox.
