Error pressing Print Button

I have the following System:

osTicket Version v1.16.3 (e148727)
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/10.0
MySQL Version 5.5.45
PHP Version 8.0.0
OS: Server 2016
While in a ticket when I press the print button (choose Ticket Thread) I get an error. The URL location is in the error message.

I am not getting much from logging from IIS.

You need to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

KevinTheJedi Understood. I will look at those logs. I could not find anything on Server logs but I will double-check.

Sorry, I just noticed that you are using IIS which is notorious for having issues with PHP and the system temp directory. When you print we make a temp file and then pipe it to the browser for download or to an email to send (whichever option you chose). You may need to create a new temp directory on your server with full permissions for PHP and update the code to use that temp directory instead of sys_get_temp_dir().
