since yesterday Osticket cannot fetch any emails from one of our support mailbox, i checked all the settings which looks fine but still getting the authentication error. the user account doesnot have any MFA, i can login to it without any issues and on Azure it says there is username and password error but i checked multiple times they are correct even change the password but same issue. any help will be appreciated
