You have a fatal error being logged somewhere. Check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

From the screen shots it looks like the user that the ticket was opened with doesnt have a name or email.
