I want to move our existing osTicket installation to a new server and am trying a fresh install of v1.16.13 on a new uBuntu 20.04 machine with PHP v8.0.20 and Apache/2.4.54. I am using port 8081 instead of 80.

The ost-config.php
was copied from the existing installation and necessary changes made to reflect the brand new MySQL database created.
When I type, http://localhost:8081
, I get the message, 'Support Ticket system offline'.
The osticket-access.log
file shows,

What could be the issue?
