Hi is it possible to let agent accounts login to the client side to create new ticket?
gammybear Sure. Create user accounts for them and they can login to both portals. Thats how I have mine setup.
I basically want osticket to be only for use within the company. That means, employees themselves can create ticket. And these employees also have staff access so that they can also process tickets sent by other employees.
But I noticed, that agents are unable to signin using the client portal itsays access denied.
gammybear Again, you would have to create them "user" accounts. That way they can login to the user portal and if they have an agent account they will be able to log into the agent portal. There is also a "New Ticket" button on the main log in page for the SCP/Agent portal where agents can create tickets as well.
