Hey is there a variable to generate the last reply by an agent?
Tried this but it did not work: %{ticket.thread.lastreply}

Hmm the canned response just loads empty. Is it supposed to be working with canned responses?
Not too sure, I haven't looked at that part of the code in a minute. I'd have to test and review to see.
