I've finally gotten IMAP set up correctly on my exchange server and enabled and I have it set up and enabled within osTicket. I have been trying to get this working for weeks now and finally have it all set up correctly and I don't receive any errors from either Exchange or osTicket but, osTicket is not fetching any test emails that I send to the ticket email. We're not seeing any fetching being done on our network either. Has anyone encountered this before? I currently have fetching enabled in the osTicket settings (the first one not the auto-cron option) and all the information I have entered for the email address is correct.
