Hello Guys,
I have an issue configuring office365 on OStickets v1.15.4 . MFA is enabled by my company but i have configured APP-Password for the OStickets mailbox .

below is my congratulations and the error i'm getting . Have anyone faced the same situation?

server : smtp.office365.com
port : 587
To configure the app-password , i do it from "Use Separate Authentication". this is correct?"

Getting the error below:
authentication failure [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 535, response: 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [DXXP273CA0006.AREP273.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM])]

    Thanks so much, Kevin! This is the piece of the puzzle I was missing, after enabling and applying Basic Authentication everywhere else I thought I was going crazy, but of course! Microsoft hides it in a diagnostic tool in their help section.

    So it's working for us now, at least till October when they completely turn off Basic Authentication altogether.
