Deleting testing Tickets, sending queues, requesets...

Hi there :-)

I did some tests, some of them with non-existent e-mail addresses. Now I keep getting a lot of messages about new tickets, undeliverable mails, etc.

Is there somewhere I can stop and delete all tickets, requests and e-mails?

You can simply check the box next to each Ticket in the queue that you want to delete and then click the Delete icon to delete the ones selected.

I had already tried that, but unfortunately the tickets were all there again when I logged in later.

Then I deleted the tickets again and also switched off the e-mail retrieval and also the e-mail dispatch, then it was quiet.

Now I have switched on the e-mail dispatch again - the tickets are no longer coming back.

I have no idea what could have caused this behavior.

Should like you aren't moving the emails to a subfolder or deleting after fetching.

Yes you are right. I hadn't set that up with the subfolder yet.

Where I work we delete them. If need be I can go to an email archiver and pull them all back up though.
