c. Teams - A collection of Staff who are not limited to a single department
d. Groups - a security group that limits access to pasts of osTicket.
e. Departments - Billing, Network Operations, Accounts payable, etc. Departments are your companies departments and what they specialize in.
Each of the above determines if a individual can do the following:
i. New Ticket
ii. Update Ticket
iii. Close Ticket
iv. Assigning Ticket
v. Internal Note
vi. Alerts for the above events, and
vii. other events
