Hello,
I have tested osTicket (http) and would now like to use it in operative business. Since I also want to use it on my websites via an iframe, I first have to change the domain to https. I get the SSL certificate from my hosting service.
What is the easiest way to do this with osTicket?
Should I install osTicket from scratch?
Or can I make a backup of the already working osTicket installation and import it into the newly installed osTicket?
What would you recommend?
