Hello, I want to please you about help. I have three different resorts - Praha, Olomouc, Ostrava and I need send email with ticket where create user on address praha@gmail.com, olomouc@gmail.com or ostrava@gmail.com. User chosses the ressort for sending ticket. How can I make it?
Sounds like you need to create 3 different 'departments' on osTicket, then specify the email address for incoming/outgoing emails.
