When gmail changed their policy recently, I was forced to create my own email server. Everything is functioning fine, outgoing, incoming, ticket creation, etc using my email server and the email accounts I've created on it. The only issue I'm having is when I attempt to change my agent's email from xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com to firstname.lastname@aguilarenterprizes.tk. I receive the following error: "Valid email is required". When trying the email diagnostics, I receive the following error: "Valid recipient email address required". I'm able to add the email addresses to the emails panel (Admin Panel => Emails => + Add New email) and I'm able to use them within the system (helpdesk@aguilarenterprizes.tk), but it does not allow my to use it for an agent's email (firstname.lastname@aguilarenterprizes.tk).
