Hello team,

I need your help to understand why some filters i have created seems to not work correctly.
Below an example with the filter "Categ. change route", as you can see in the screen the only rule for this filter is Ticket/Issue Summary equal to "Emergency route change ALERT", and it supposed to do some action.


Several times this filter get applied even if the rule is not fullfilled, in the ticket screen you can see the issue summary is "ACQUISTO SERVIZI MobGATE - TRANSAZIONE EFFETTUATA", but the filter applied is "Categ. change route".
Why is this happening?
Please hep me to solve this.

    Hello team,

    we've done the update to v. 1.16.3 but the issue still persiste.
    Below some examples:

    This is the filter (the filter applied when the ticket has the subject equal to "Platform Account registration COMPLETED"

    Ticket 131610 gets the filter even if the subject is not the same (""Platform Account registration STARTED")
