Rechazar tickets

Hay forma de avisarle a la persona que su ticket fue rechazado via correo??

You can try creating a Ticket Filter with the Actions of Send Email then Reject Ticket. For the Recipient in Send Email action use the %{user} variable.

Lo intente,
Pero solo rechaza el ticket y no manda el correo :/
Creo que la única forma es mandar el correo y cerrar el ticket, pero no rechazar.

You can also setup two filters and have the send an email one execution order of 1 and the reject ticket one execution order of 2.

The execution order is just the order of which the filters are ran. Yes, it will still continue to execution order of 2 so long as you don’t enable the Stop Processing Further on Match setting. When this setting is enabled it will stop processing remaining filters.
