You will need to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. Without errors we’d be unable to debug the issue. It sounds like something in NGINX is not setup properly. We will post a working NGINX config soon but for now you will need to look for any errors or misconfigurations.
