Is there a way to send an automatic notification to the ticket creator letting them know that there has been a reply to their ticket? I want people to login to their accounts and access the tickets from there, not through email.

    Yes, when an Agent replies to a Ticket an email gets sent out to the configured recipients. You can edit this template under Admin Panel > Email > Templates, select a Template Set, and open the Response/Reply Template.
