Hello,
I had used osticket in the past and stopped since there was no development. Now that the new version is out, we would like to go back to osTicket. One feature I need is integration with asterisk/elastix. When a call comes in, it should automatically create a ticket and maybe enter the caller id in the phone number section. Then the operator should have the opportunity to "save" it or cancel it if the call did not warrant a ticket.
Has anyone done that? Any pointers will be appreciated.
