Hello.
I have different Departments for different Help Topics with different Managers but I also want one Manager above everyone else who sees every ticket and receive email notifications for every ticket creation.
I can forward the Administrator's email to the Manager but this will also forward any db related emails. Is there any way to do this from osticket?
I have tried the following two things without success:
- put all Help Topics under a Parent Help Topic which is set to a "Manager" Department which in turn has the Manager Agent set as Manager.
- put all Departments under a Parent Department which in turn has the Manager Agent set as Manager.
- both of the above
The above had no effect.
