problem when configuring emails with smtp

greetings,

I have done everything to configure an account with a zimbra server where I know that the ports are fine but I did not get to take it, I decided to do it then with gmail but the same error comes out, try with ssl:// as well as the tls:// with ports 25 465 and 587 none works I have done everything but I do not know what else to do, I leave info of my installation, which is installed on a godaddy hosting, I appreciate if someone can help me.

You will need to make sure 3 things are done on the Gmail side;

You will need to enable LessSecureApps.
You will need to either disable 2FA or create an app password to use in osTicket.
Make sure Modern Authentication is disabled. If enabled you will be unable to configure SMTP.

If you're using SMTP that belongs to Gmail, you may Google smtp gmail settings for your references.

I cannot read Spanish (or whatever that language is) so I am not sure what the screenshots are showing. It does look like LessSecureApps is enabled and IMAP is enabled however this does not show anything about 2FA. If all else fails you'll need to reach out to Gmail for further assistance.

A couple things from your screen shot.
You have ssl:// before your mailserver hostname. You shouldn't need that.
And you should uncheck Header Spoofing.
