We are experiencing continous errors in our osTicket installation(s) since upgrade to 1.16.x (and php 8). We cannot operate in osTicket for more than a few seconds, after that we are forced out and the site goes offline. If we login again as agents, we can go back in, but the issue repeats itself.

We have 2 identical installations (both are Cpanel/Installatron) and they manifest the same issue. Both systems are both unusable.

I'm replaying to my own ticket just to say that I solved the issue removing opcache extension that I added a couple of weeks ago, short after upgrading to 1.16+php8.

I was mistaken. The issue persists even after removing opcache extension. 🙁
Seems like you have some database issues as well as maybe a timezone issue. Make sure your server timezone and database timezone are the same. Also, make sure your agent profile timezone and system timezone is set accordingly.
