I have configured the amazon s3 plugin for attachment storage and I am able to upload the attachments and it is showing amazon s3 console , but am not able to download those attachments.


Is there any solutions for this?

    Your issue is likely that you are running an old no longer supported end of life version of osTicket.

    When did you download the Storage::Amazon S3 plugin? Was it recently? Because if it was then it is likely newer that the version of osTicket that you are running.
