hey, I can't export ticket because the export tab empty. Please help me. What caused it? how to fix it?

You export tickets at the bottom of each queue in the Agent Panel. You cannot export tickets in the tab in your screenshot.
Also, you should upgrade to v1.16.2 as it introduces more bug fixes.

Okay that typically means you have permission issues with PHP and your system’s /tmp directory. You can either address the permission issues or create your own /tmp directory and update osticket code to use that. There are previous threads on this issue if you want to go that route.
