So osTicket 1.6 ST had a modification created; osTicket SOAP API by CYBERDE, that enabled a robust SOAP API for the system. While newer versions appear to have a rudimentary API; it lacks much of this API's functionality. I'd like assistance in porting it to 1.15x and newer as a plugin or mod; or see it be rolled into an official API. It would be a great starting place for implementing a full API into osTicket.

KevinTheJedi Trying to stay tuned; but I see whole rewrites on the horizon and no due dates on the Milestones for OST2.0. A predictable development schedule and timeline would ease my worry that this version will happen sooner rather than much later. I follow the Git repository; but I see no code repositories for 2.0 even in an alpha state. osTicket is a great tool; I look forward to seeing where it goes.

We also started doing development cycles that force us to have a feature/scope done within 4 weeks. We don’t have a timeline for the whole project as there is so much that goes into this. As we progress you’ll see more actions and updates in the roadmap repo. We hope to release an update with the progress and screenshots soon.
