Problem to show the ticket after opened

Why when I check a ticket that I have opened, is not readeable?

Check you logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. Also, you have not posted a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information so we have zero idea what your environment looks like.

The User account does not have a valid email address... so it is probably breaking there.

But the user if from Active Directory so how can I add an email address to him?

Agent panel -> Users -> Edit the user?
(if this doesn't work then you would need to edit the user at the DB level)

Go to AD. populate the email field. re-sync your users?

If i update the email on the AD profile it appear this error:

Did you resync your users?
