I tried to upgrade Osticket from 1.12 to 1.15.7 in a new domain
I imported DB and sent backup files to the new Cpanel
I edited ost-config.php
I runned the upgrade, it took so many time about 4-5 minutes and
got the same page of upgrade so it failed
The database is over 50G, i have made same things 1 month ago and it worked, but the database size was 9G.
Is the issue with the DB size? If i use the attachements plugin and migrate attachements to filesystem, this will resolve the issue?

Potentially, I would definitely try it to see. Just make a full backup of everything beforehand so you can easily restore.
